They are specially designed for any kit except bi-xenon kits

Bi-xenon kits are the kits that include a wire relay harness that connects to battery. You cannot use these with this type of kit.

Example of bi-xenon kits that do high/low are 9004 9007 H4 and H13

Work well with European vehicles and Chrysler vehicles such as Dodge/Jeep. These are specially designed to work when nothing else worked!

Installation:

Connect between ballast and wiring provided with your kit. Your kit will have a wire that may be running through the bulb. One end plugs into your ballast, the other end to this wiring that was provided.
